Wednesdays: Meridian Yaga: 12 to 1pm. Stretch your meridians and reduce your stress with this gentle, relaxing class. Fee: $10

Self-care workshop: The first Wednesday of every month, 6:30 to 7:30pm. Self-care is a topic of interest for people of all age, we would like to share some of our knowledge with our patients, their friends and families. On subjects of How to manage pain, how to strengthen your heart, or how to look and feel younger....Fee: $10
